Product Designer (UX/UI, Figma, Motion Design)

THE WORK

• Lead the evolution of existing brands while creating original concepts, no templates allowed.
• Turn ideas into engaging digital and web experiences, building systems and design assets from scratch.
• Run product design sprints with clients, ensuring business goals and user needs are always aligned.
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams in a fully remote setup.
• Deliver high-quality design outputs while juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Shape creative direction and set new benchmarks for digital branding and product design.
• Present design decisions clearly, blending creativity with strategic impact.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• Proven experience in brand and digital design, from strategy through web implementation.
• Strong skills in Figma, prototyping, UX/UI, and product design.
• Experience with motion design, 2D animation, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid foundation in graphic design across different media.
• Experience with notable brands or large-scale projects.
• Bonus if you’re interested in or familiar with 3D design and animation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage both clients and internal teams.
