Lead Experience Designer (Figma, Design Systems, Web Systems)

THE WORK

• Lead the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive component library, ensuring design consistency and usability across multiple products.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes with micro-interactions and animations to present polished proposals to clients.

• Document design systems and client-specific guidelines for seamless handoff and implementation.

• Collaborate with internal teams and create responsive designs, adapting to mobile and desk platforms as needed.

• Drive projects end-to-end, including dashboard design and landing pages, while exploring AI-driven tools.

• Mentor and guide junior and senior designers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth.

• Champion emerging technologies and design trends to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

• Strong experience with Figma and FigJam for design, prototyping, and collaboration.

• Deep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and UI/UX best practices.

• Ability to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes with micro animations.

• Experience documenting design guidelines and delivering client-ready specifications.

• Proven track record designing dashboards, landing pages, and complex visual interfaces for high-profile clients.

• Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or other no-code platforms, with the ability to quickly adopt new AI/tech tools like Vercel.

• Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or leading a design team.
