Here’s what you need to know about this position:
THE WORK
Lead the creation and upkeep of a comprehensive component library, ensuring design consistency and usability across multiple products.
Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes with micro-interactions and animations to present polished proposals to clients.
Document design systems and client-specific guidelines for seamless handoff and implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams and create responsive designs, adapting to mobile and desk platforms as needed.
Drive projects end-to-end, including dashboard design and landing pages, while exploring AI-driven tools.
Mentor and guide junior and senior designers, fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and team growth.
Champion emerging technologies and design trends to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
NEEDED EXPERTISE
Strong experience with Figma and FigJam for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
Deep understanding of design systems, information architecture, and UI/UX best practices.
Ability to create high-fidelity, interactive prototypes with micro animations.
Experience documenting design guidelines and delivering client-ready specifications.
Proven track record designing dashboards, landing pages, and complex visual interfaces for high-profile clients.
Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, or other no-code platforms, with the ability to quickly adopt new AI/tech tools like Vercel.
Exceptional collaboration, communication, and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or leading a design team.
