Job Description:

Lead the visual transformation of an established health and wellness brand as they enter their next growth phase. You’ll own the complete redesign of their customer communication ecosystem, working with cutting-edge design tools to create cohesive brand experiences across email marketing, web design, and potentially packaging and retail materials. This is a hands-on senior role where you’ll shape the visual identity for international expansion while working with a collaborative, remote-friendly team that values creativity and innovation.


Responsibilities:

• Own and redesign 16 comprehensive email marketing flows (5-10 emails each) to reflect the company’s fresh brand identity

• Lead visual consistency across the company website, ensuring seamless brand experience

• Drive the visual identity strategy and execution across all customer touchpoints

• Create engaging social media design content when needed

• Design product labels, point-of-sale materials, and packaging elements as opportunities arise

• Work hands-on with design tools rather than just providing strategic oversight

• Collaborate with international team members and agency partners

• Support visual elements for US and EU market expansion initiatives

• Expert proficiency in Figma (mandatory requirement)
  

• Senior-level design experience with proven ability to work independently
  

• Strong background in email design and web design
  

• Experience maintaining brand consistency across multiple platforms and touchpoints
  

• Ability to lead design initiatives without requiring training or extensive guidance
  

• Comfortable working in a remote, international team environment
  

• Portfolio demonstrating sophisticated design work and brand development
