One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi million customer base.
We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.
We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Web Designer, you will collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to produce engaging, on‑brand visual  web assets:

• Social Media Assets: Develop static graphics and simple animations for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok еtc.

• Digital Ads: Create eye-catching web and display banners for campaigns and partnerships.

• Website: Style web pages and components based on existing templates and the platform’s design system.

• Presentations: Design and refine slide decks for internal and external stakeholders using our brand templates.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in web design, preferably in fintech, tech, or agency settings.

• Skills:

• Proficiency with Figma for UI design

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

• Good knowledge of the mobile-first approach

• Solid understanding of UX/UI fundamentals, including layout, typography, and image creation

• Good taste and understanding of the latest web design trends

• Portfolio demonstrating web design skills (layout, composition, typography, iconography, etc.)

• Links to designed websites and port

• Mindset:
