DescriptionWe are looking for a Figma Designer & Personal Assistant (Marketing) to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who can design marketing materials using Figma, assist with administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Design & Marketing Support:
- Create and edit designs using Figma for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
- Assist in developing branding assets and promotional content.
- Help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content.
- Personal Assistant Duties:
- Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.
- Organize files and documents using MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
RequirementsRequirements:
- Proficiency in Figma for design work.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
