Email Marketer – Klaviyo & Figma (with $300 USD Sign-on Bonus)

We’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute high-volume email campaigns. You’ll work hands-on in Klaviyo and Figma, ensuring every email looks great, is accurate, and reaches the right customers. This role is fast-paced and requires attention to detail, flexibility, and teamwork.

Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 80,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, test, and launch email campaigns, including automated customer journeys.

• Maintain design consistency, correct grammar, and accurate product information.

• Run A/B tests and experiments to improve engagement and conversions.

• Manage the full email workflow from audience segmentation to deployment.

• Respond quickly to last-minute changes in inventory or creative assets.

• Use dynamic content and segmentation to personalize campaigns.

• Collaborate with other teams using Figma and Asana.

• Track campaign performance and share insights with the team.

• Support reporting and analytics as the role grows.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on email marketing experience.

• Expert in Klaviyo; familiar with Figma or willing to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills.

• Comfortable handling last-minute changes and fast-moving campaigns.

• Good communicator and team player.

• Able to work Eastern Time hours.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with SMS campaigns in Klaviyo.

• Basic reporting and analytics experience.
